What is Static Stabilizer?
Static Stabilizer with microprocessor is one of the solutions to unbalanced mains voltage problems. Since static stabilizer has a very quick regulation on mains, Static stabilizers are preferred on precision machines. Thytistors are triggered with the microprocessor control ZVC-B Technique after that regulation process takes place.
ARTSAN brand Static stabilizer has thyristors that have a current carrying capacity of 10 times the regular operating current for 20 msn. Because of this feature static stabilizers are very useful in system with instantaneous high current.
Static stabilizer do not contain mechanical parts and they with stepro microprocessors. For this reason, no wear problem are encountered and static stabilizer is durable. Static stabilizers have a modular structure and wires are used on it.
A powerful Static digital stabilizer(IGBT) regulates fluctutations in mains as best possible. Static regulator, provides safe operation of the system connected to itself by reducing phase and voltage differences. Output voltage tolerance is ± 1%.
The control card constantly checks the input and output voltage, current and makes corrections. Since static stabilizer is a technologically new product and makes the regulation digitally, it can make regulation much faster and more accurate than servo stabilizers.
Since Static Stabilizer is more economical with its energy consumption and operating logic, Static stabilizers will close the price difference with servo stabilizer in a short time.

Static Digital Voltage Stabilizer
In Static Stabilizer transformers, electricity consumption is minimized with high efficiency obtained by using silicon mixed sheet. 200°C heat resistant H0 class varnished copper wires are used in the winding of the transformers. Static stabilizer is disabled in risky situations(high voltage, low voltage, over current, excessive heat) thanks to Protection Unit.
Higher quality performance has been achieved by using Semikron brand thyristor-thyristor module. A suitable power auto transformer is used as a regulation transformer.
In case of failure, static stabilizer continues to operate with the mains in manuel bypass. Automatic bypass units are added upon request. Static stabilizer not only has an advantage of regulation speed, but also has an advantage in size and weight.
Static stabilizer, unlike servo stabilizer, contains no moving parts. Controls voltage with electronic converter circuits. This feature ensures that the risk of failure of Static stabilizer is eliminated.
Since static regulators have a digital structure, they do not contain large-sized parts and are smaller in size than servo regulator.
