What is Servo Stabilizer?
They are known as Servo Stabilizer or Servo Regulator. They are used to regulate mains. Servo Stabilizer makes this regulation with servo motors.
Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizer (AVR) are generally used at power stations. Servo Stabilizer is used to keep the input and output voltage constant and to prevent the mains voltage fluctuations. Voltage Stabilizer(regulator) is used in electromechanical systems today. Basically, output of servo stabilizer is adjusted to a certain voltage and servo regulator regulates the mains with moving parts(servo motor).
Electricity consumption is minimized with the high efficiency obtained by using silicon mixed sheet in Servo Stabilizer transformers. H0 class enamelled copper wires are used in the winding of the transformers.

Servo Regulator (Stabilizer)
Nucleus of the Variac that used in Servo Stabilizer(regulator) are made of M5 oriented silica sheet. Protection at high voltages is provided by placing a special insolating material between the sheet and the windings. In the Variac winding, H0 class enamel coated wires were used and produced by subjecting to varnish treatment twice.
To prevent motor over rotation, end-of-limit switches are placed at 0 and 360 degrees. There is a possibility of malfunction due to servo stabilizer have moving parts. It is produced in powers between 1 KVA and 2,000 KVA. Variacs are used as parallel for powers over 150 KVA. Optionally, protection unit can be added for extra protection for servo stabilizer.
Servo Stabilizer, which makes regulation on the mains with servo motor, has moving parts, so these moving parts may fault. In case of failure, if the problem cannot be solved, spare parts are provided by our company.
Servo regulator has an LCD screen that allows you to observe ourput and input voltages. If something goes wrong, you can have information what the trouble is from the LCD.
